Since 1936 Liehs & Steigerwald has been making homemade German, Polish, Italian and other specialty sausages.  Our full service butcher shops offer the finest hand cut steaks, chops, roasts, chicken and more.

It’s true that shopping habits have changed in the past 70 years.  Busier life styles have driven us to one stop shopping.  The days of going to the meat market, the bakery and the farmers market on Saturday mornings are all but gone.  We’re aware of this trend, and that is why we now offer Liehs & Steigerwald “At Your Door”.  Even the busiest of families can now enjoy the benefits of a real old fashioned butcher shop without having to make another stop.  We bring our butcher shop to your house without leaving the quality behind.

Since 2007 we have been delivering all of our top quality products directly to homes in select cities in Central New York.

In addition to our award winning sausages and fresh hand cut meats you can have any of our Heat & Eat Meals delivered to your door as well.  We offer full meals that will feed 6-8 people.  German Rouladen, Sirloin Tips in Gravy over Noodles, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Stuffed Shells, Kielbasa with Pierogies and Sauerkraut just to name a few.
